Job Description:

As a WFH Recruitment Manager at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with clients.. There will be training provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end hiring and recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Identifying and using various sourcing channels to reach out to potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with business development strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
