About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Precise Development Pte Ltd. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our clients' architectural projects in the East Region. This is a full-time position based in the East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the architectural design and documentation process, ensuring seamless collaboration between the design team and other stakeholders
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to gather project requirements, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise
• Manage the submission of architectural plans and drawings to relevant authorities for approvals
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, project schedules, and other administrative tasks
• Provide support to the project managers and design team as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar architectural coordination or administrative role
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, and approval processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD and BIM tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in architecture, construction management, or a related field
