You will be responsible for managing the local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada etc.) and the entire customer order journey from the moment an online purchase is made. In addition, you will oversee smooth running of our Singapore office (Ayer Rajah Crescent), which includes managing and supporting all office and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and optimise listings on all ecommerce platforms where needed (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify etc.)

  • Monitor all incoming orders and process them timely. Generate picking list, packing slip and shipping labels and prepare the order for shipping

  • Ensure all order details are accurate and handover parcels to logistics providers. Update platforms timely with order milestones.

  • Manage inventory in the office / warehouse, perform regular stock take and cycle counts to keep internal records up to date.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels in real time to prevent overselling

  • Manage returns, inspection of returned items and processing refunds

  • Serve as primary contact for any customer queries

  • Filing and managing government forms/applications (both employment and business operations ones)

  • Routing & organising letters and packages, both internally and externally

  • Manage office supplies and suppliers

  • Maintain organised office environment

  • Provide general support to visitors & meeting/conferencing set up

  • Coordinate office activities and events

  • Organise, maintain and file physical documents



Requirements

  • Prior experience in local ecommerce operations, office management and administration

  • Familiarity with Singapore Government requirements for employment and business applications is an added advantage

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Good verbal and written communication
