Job Responsibilities
Job Summary
Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Planner to support our expansion and transformation projects at Resorts World Sentosa. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, timelines and resource allocation, while assisting in project coordination and progress tracking. The role will be required to work closely with the team to develop detailed project plans, identify potential delays and risks in the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Track project progress including monitoring tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Identify differences between planned and actual progress and proposing corrective actions.
- Use project management software to track progress and identify key activities and critical path of the works.
- Support the monitoring of project progress and site activities to ensure alignment with schedules and quality standards. Anticipate potential delays and possible solutions to the team.
- Providing internal and external reports on project status and performance.
- Assist project managers to coordinate the works on site with all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry, preferably in consultancy or contracting firms.
Required Skills
- Being proficient in project planning software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
- Familiar with sequence of construction works and work-site requirements.
- Experience in document control and electronic file management systems.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
