Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external social media agencies on ad campaigns, posting schedules, and content generation.
  • Oversee and provide creative input for TikTok and video content shoots, often handled by external vendors.
  • Schedule, post, and manage weekly and occasion-based content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Execute and monitor Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns — ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials such as artwork and posters for events, special occasions, and internal communications (e.g. monthly meetings) using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and asset delivery for ongoing campaigns.
  • Update website and booking portal content in collaboration with IT and design teams.
  • Assist in coordinating deliverables for brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
  • Liaise with external partners, media outlets, and influencers for promotional tie-ups and activations.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign and partner performance metrics.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with miscellaneous marketing-related tasks and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Degree in Marketing is a plus).
  • Prior marketing experience preferred, particularly in digital or social media marketing.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (written & spoken), as our marketing content spans both languages.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be advantageous.
  • Solid grasp of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn — comfortable taking on new tasks and responding to changes quickly.
