What you'll be doing

  • Manage and administer the Microsoft Intune platform end to end, ensuring smooth device enrolment, policy configuration, and secure access to corporate resources
  • Develop and implement advanced device management strategies, including conditional access, device compliance, and app protection policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide efficient solutions
  • Automate and streamline device management processes through the use of scripts, powershell, and other tools
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and IT support staff on the effective use of the Intune platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of mobile device management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure and security posture

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing and administering mobile device management solutions, preferably Microsoft Intune
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policies, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, as well as experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proven experience in providing training and support to IT staff
  • A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrable understanding of windows device management best practices, security, and compliance requirements
