About Us

At Division Athletics, we're building more than a gym. We're creating a movement. Our hybrid group fitness training blends functional fitness, conditioning, and performance-based coaching into a community that pushes beyond limits, together.

Now, as we expand into Balestier, we're looking for a Head Coach to lead the charge, someone who thrives on excellence, builds community, and is ready to set a new standard for fitness in Singapore.

The Role – Head Coach

As Head Coach, you'll be the heartbeat of Division Balestier. You'll support and deliver our world-class programming, lead and mentor a team of coaches, and foster a strong client community. This isn't just about running workouts - it's about building a culture of performance, progression, and belonging.

Basic Requirements
  • Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
  • 5+ years of in-person coaching experience (functional fitness, CrossFit, strength & conditioning, or similar).
  • Strong programming & client management skills.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing teams.
  • Great social skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a client base.
  • Bonus: An established client network or ability to build one quickly.
