We are seeking an experienced Brand, Content & PR Lead to join our global Marcom Headquarters in Singapore.
You will be the strategic driver of Hioki's brand narrative, content ecosystem, and drive integrated public relations efforts across Asia Pacific and international markets. You will shape compelling stories that resonate across regions, elevate brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across traditional and digital channels. This high-impact role bridges creative strategy and execution, working closely with various stakeholders to amplify Hioki's voice across Asia Pacific and worldwide.

Hioki is a globally recognized leader in the design, manufacturing, and sales of high-precision test and measurement equipment for diverse industrial applications, including automotive, electronic components, infrastructure, environment and renewable energy as well as batteries.
Job Summary
The Brand, Content & PR Lead plays a pivotal role within Hioki's Global MarCom Team , driving the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, compelling content and impactful public relations efforts across international markets. Reporting to the Global MarCom Director, this leadership role is responsible for shaping the global brand voice, creating engaging multi-format content that supports business objectives, and positioning Hioki as an industry thought leader. The ideal candidate combines storytelling acumen, strategic thinking and cross-cultural collaboration to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Develop and refine Hioki's global brand positioning and messaging framework
- Translate philosophy into powerful narratives, stories and strategic content
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, events, media etc
- Maintain and enforce global brand guidelines across subsidiaries, agenices and partners
Content Strategy and Curation
- Develop and lead global content strategy across formats: white papers, videos, webinars, blogs, and social media
- Collaborate with product and regional teams to create localized, technically robust and accurate content
- Oversee editorial calendar and content production workflows, ensuring quality and relevance
- Architect a content ecosystem across formats: whitepapers, technical articles, video, blogs, webinars, and social channels
- Lead editorial planning and manage production workflows across global markets
Public Relations
- Build and manage global media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media outreach
- Position and elevate executives and subject matter experts as thought leaders through speaking engagements and by-lined articles
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform PR strategy and reputation management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific but not limited to Brand and special projects as assigned
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional MarCom teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Support global product launches, technical conferences, and brand-led events
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets
Success Metrics
- Brand awareness and perception across key markets with global consistency
- Engagement and conversion metrics from content campaigns
- Media coverage, sentiment trends and content performance
- Consistency and adoption of brand guidelines globally
- Ensure adoption and fidelity to brand standards across international team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in brand, content, or PR roles, with at least 3 years in a global or regional leadership capacity
- Proven success in B2B industrial or technology sectors; instrumentation experience is a plus
- Strong portfolio of content and PR campaigns with measurable impact
- Expertise in branding across global markets and cultural contexts
- Excellent writing, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Proficiency in digital tools (CMS, CRM, analytics, social media platforms)
- Strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities
