Responsibilities :

Accounting

  • Maintain Full Sets of accounts – Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Closing includes maintenance of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations for bank, related parties etc.
  • Ensure Proper documentation and maintain financial records
  • Group Consolidation
  • Internal Control Compliance
  • External audits
  • Liaison with Related Parties and External Parties
  • Liaison with Related parties and maintenance of reconciliation & balances
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts with variance analysis

Corporate Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax

  • Preparation of Corporate Income Tax (Estimated Chargeable Income "ECI" and Annual Tax Return ("FORM C") and related tax schedules.
  • Withholding tax compliance and any other ad-hoc research on tax implications arising from domestic and cross border transactions
  • Support Manager in the development of Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Review GST treatment and implication arising from domestic and cross border transactions.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of related working experience in accounting and taxation with minimum 4 years as an Accountant
  • Knowledge of IFRS and SFRS
  • Microsoft GP Dynamics and MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Have relevant engagement experience with tax consultants from Big Four or working experience at Big Four will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to system implementation projects and digital transformation experience will be an advantage.
