They are seeking passionate individuals to join their export operations team as Export Customer Service Executives. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support, including timely flight details and handling inquiries
  • Ensure export documents meet regulatory standards and apply correct permits
  • Track shipment status and update customers on any irregularities
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate airfreight rates and stay informed on airline or government changes
  • Submit reports on time and ensure all shipments follow standard procedures

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 2-5 years' experience within the same industries/ field
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
