About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager / Senior E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of our online store — from launching creative campaigns to ensuring smooth order fulfilment. You'll collaborate with suppliers, IT, and cross-functional teams to grow our online presence and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute engaging online campaigns
  • Collaborate with suppliers on product launches, promotional banners, and EDMs
  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
  • Manage e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, and supply chain coordination
  • Lead online customer service initiatives and promptly resolve feedback
  • Coordinate system enhancements and oversee testing processes

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce or a similar role (MUST HAVE)
  • Knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce marketing
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on weekends and staggered hours
