Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician is a hands-on role responsible for the overall management of inventory and warehouse operations. The role includes receiving and auditing orders, performing accurate data entry, and overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities.

It also involves inspection, detailed inventory, and the dismantling and reassembly of IT equipment such as servers, switches, and laptops. We are seeking candidates who are familiar with IT or similar equipment, or quick learners eager to develop their skills and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

Receive, scan, inventory, and stock incoming orders

Inspect the condition of incoming equipment

Maintain and update accurate records in warehouse management system

Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts

Ensure storage area is clean, organised, and safe

Support preparation of outbound orders (picking, scanning, packing)

Dismantle and sort IT hardware according to company guidelines

Perform basic hardware repair when required

Requirements

Experience in warehouse operations or asset management

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Familiarity with IT equipment or similar electrical hardware

Ability to inspect, dismantle and repair IT hardware

Physically fit to handle heavy IT hardware (up to 20 kg)

Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and web research

Strong sense of responsibility and organisational skills
