Your Opportunity
Philips challenges you to use your Healthcare Project Management skills to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare system and top-quality service to our current and prospective clients in Singapore. As the Project Manager HPM/iECG based in Singapore, you will be responsible for multiple exciting projects and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our business.
This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivering projects on time, on budget and to the required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Realization Process of small to medium installations of patient monitoring hospital solutions.
Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will be working as part of a highly experienced team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. You will work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.
Your role:
Delivering products, services, systems and/or solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work.
Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
Support presales activities as a subject matter expert ensuring that the scoped solution can be delivered to meet customer expectations with a clear path to revenue recognition & customer value.
Ensure that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables.
Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact.
Building partnerships with the project's stakeholders, leverage them to achieve goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solution.
Confirming and using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.
Contextualizing organizational goals and shifts, recognizing opportunities, and turning those into customer value.
Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team.
Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/ H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project.
Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions.
Provide revenue forecast input for projects and for ensuring changes to the forecast are reported and flagged.
You're the right fit if:
Previous Project Management experience in healthcare, equipment installation or in IT Project Management is preferred (i.e. Healthcare IT, Patient monitors, iECG and Telemetry system)
You are highly organised and able to effectively manage and lead multiple projects concurrently with varying complexities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders.
Ability to present and negotiate effectively in multiple areas of the customers' environment.
Sound level of software literacy; MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, PSA- Professional Services Automation
