About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist or Beautician to join our team at IKEDA GROUP PTE LTD' in the Bukit Timah Central Region.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage or facial treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of massage and facial treatments to meet client needs and preferences
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Recommending and selling relevant retail products to complement the treatments
• Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the spa business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beautician, preferably in the hair and beauty services industry
• A recognised qualification in massage, facial or beauty therapy
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
• A passion for the health and beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills
