Singapore CHAINTECS CONSULTING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for a Frontend Developer (React) to join our team. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren't confined to:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all stages of the software development life cycle: from establishing requirements, to designing, writing code, testing, and deployment.
  • Possess strong technical skills, enabling the delivery of high-quality production code.
  • Collaborate with the Quant research team to enhance the effectiveness of trading models.
  • Liaise with trading and operations teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Establish and improve trading system infrastructure to handle large scale positions and orders.
  • Identify system bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions to address these issues.
  • Mentor junior developers within the team and assist with design and code reviews.
  • Be available during flexible working hours to address production emergencies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Mathematics/Algorithm-related field is a bonus.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a digital asset industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with overseas partners & clients.
  • Strong understanding of software design, architecture, development, and integration.
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Solid knowledge of event processing models, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as AG Grid, , icejs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of backend skills such as Java, MySQL is a plus.
  • Experience with algorithmic trading systems, investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms, or brokerages is a plus.
