Key Responsibilities :

  • To lead the design, planning, and implementation of our organization's IT architecture strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technology landscape and aligning IT infrastructure and solutions with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise architectures to meet business needs.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, including cloud-based solutions and microservices, to enhance business capabilities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives and drive innovation across the organization.
  • Oversee system integration and ensure seamless communication between various IT systems and platforms.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design and architecture.
  • Manage risks, compliance, and governance processes related to IT architecture and infrastructure.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture, or a similar senior role.
  • Proven expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), microservices, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience with enterprise application design, integration patterns, and large-scale system architecture.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance processes in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business units and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
