SACEOS is a leading association with over 40 years of proven dedication to serving the MICE industry in Singapore.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Marketing Communications Intern. You'll get hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement while supporting meaningful initiatives that drive the industry forward.

Job description:

  • Storytelling and creating content that gives a voice and adds value to the MICE community

  • Conceptualise and execute content across SACEOS marketing platforms (e.g. Social media, EDMs, features, case

studies, videos, surveys etc) to drive engagement and achieve the communication goals.

  • Research and create content on key industry topics such as Sustainability and Talent Development.

  • Design graphics (e.g. banners, infographics) to support marketing campaigns and events.

  • Update website content on WordPress and assist in community engagement on social media.

  • Support the team with ad-hoc marketing and communications projects.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging, value-driven content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiar with video editing software.
  • Experience with WordPress and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
