Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying new project opportunities and building strong relationships with owners, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and secure new clients and construction projects.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and consultants.


• Manage client enquiries and follow up on project opportunities.


• Support tender preparation and submission.


• Showcase completed projects to strengthen company portfolio.


• Provide market insights and business development updates to management.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in construction sales or business development.


• Strong network with owners, developers, architects, or consultants.


• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and tender processes is an advantage.


• Hunter mindset, confident communicator, and results-oriented.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
