Ltd.What we expectOwn overall product yield performance and key yield metricsDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and excursion management while leading root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsPrepare engineering reports, qualification documents, and yield summariesApply AI and data analytics to enhance yield prediction, detect process anomalies, and optimize manufacturing performanceAnalyse large datasets using JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL to apply statistical methods to predict issues and improve process marginsProvide technical support and data for customer feedback and engineering reviewsCollaborate and work closely with OSAT partners, Supplier Quality Engineering and Customer Quality EngineeringLead product qualification, reliability assessment, and risk mitigationMentor junior engineers and support cross-functional technical discussionsWho we are looking forBachelor's or master's in electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in semiconductor product or yield engineeringStrong skills in data analytics, SPC, DOE, and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL Spotfire)Experience with high-volume manufacturing and NPI processesStrong problem-solving mindset with hands-on curiosity.Able to drive decisions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
