Singapore Flyer – Operations Crew (Minimum 3 Months)

Job Description:

  • Welcome and assist guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience at the Singapore Flyer

  • Perform stationed duties such as guiding guests through ticket purchase, entry turnstiles, and flight boarding areas

  • Enforce safety protocols with professionalism, ensuring all guests comply with operational guidelines

  • Check tickets at entry points and manage access for special guests including VIPs, private capsule bookings, and persons with disabilities

  • Maintain security at restricted zones and support the coordination of guest movement

  • Manage crowd flow effectively and ensure orderly queuing

  • Work on rotating shifts, including both weekdays and weekends

  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-month commitment

  • Able to work at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week

  • Comfortable with 5–10 hour shifts depending on roster

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, proactive, and guest-oriented personality

  • Dress code: white plain polo top, black long pants or jeans, and covered shoes

  • Must attend on-site interview

  • Work location: 10-minute walk from Promenade MRT
