Student Care Centre Manager

Responsibilities:-

You will be working closely with the Managing Director to operate a student care centre with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Assist in the setting up of a new student care centre, including drafting of SOPs, centre records/ documentation and curriculum
  • Oversee day to day operations of a student care centre
  • Build up and maintain student enrollment in the centre
  • Recruit, mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
  • Provide necessary training and guidance for staff to carry out their duties
  • Liaise with parents with regards to student matters
  • Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per curriculum
  • Plan for manpower and logistics
  • Assist teachers in supervision of the class where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with parents
  • Handle fund collection and process staff claims
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrollment and fee assistance schemes
  • Maintain updated records' of students' profile and finance matters
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:-

  • Min Diploma and above (preferably in the field of education/ community/ social services)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre
  • WSQ Student-Care Certification
  • Passionate and able to work with young children between years old
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
