Student Care Centre Manager

Responsibilities:-
You will be working closely with the Managing Director to operate a student care centre with key responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Assist in the setting up of a new student care centre, including drafting of SOPs, centre records/ documentation and curriculum
- Oversee day to day operations of a student care centre
- Build up and maintain student enrollment in the centre
- Recruit, mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
- Provide necessary training and guidance for staff to carry out their duties
- Liaise with parents with regards to student matters
- Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per curriculum
- Plan for manpower and logistics
- Assist teachers in supervision of the class where necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with parents
- Handle fund collection and process staff claims
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrollment and fee assistance schemes
- Maintain updated records' of students' profile and finance matters
- Other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements:-
- Min Diploma and above (preferably in the field of education/ community/ social services)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre
- WSQ Student-Care Certification
- Passionate and able to work with young children between years old
- Excellent interpersonal skills
