We are looking for passionate and energetic Education Roadshow Consultants to join our dynamic outreach team In this role, you will represent our education and training academy at various malls, outdoor venues, and event spaces, promoting our range of SkillsFuture-supported courses to members of the public.

Your mission is to encourage lifelong learning, upskilling, and personal development among Singaporeans and PRs.

As a frontline of our outreach efforts, you will play a vital role in engaging potential learners, sharing information about course offerings, and guiding them on SkillsFuture Credit enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively approach and engage members of the public in malls, roadshows, and outdoor events.
  • Promote our range of SkillsFuture Credit-eligible courses across various industries such as digital skills and AI, culinary courses, business, and more.
  • Provide accurate information about course content, schedules, fees, and funding support.
  • Collect leads and contact details for follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
