Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 days)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Bishan
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and negotiate with vendors/Suppliers.
- Track and maintain proper levels of stock inventory via in-house system.
- Monitor and coordinating delivery with suppliers directly.
- Place Purchasing Order and ensure delivery on time.
- Consolidate and update inventory list with cross reference to inventory control.
- Coordinate with store on the issues and return goods.
- Manage Stock and purchasing cost records.
- Performa data entry and simple administrative duties such as filing etc.
- Compilating and update of "Preferred Suppliers/Contractors" List.
- Familiar with ISO system and Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc procurement and purchasing duties assigned.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma holder in Engineering.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related fields.
