Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels — client visits, networking events, and career fairs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
- Proactively explore market trends to identify potential clients and new service opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Recruitment Sales is strongly preferred.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and success.
