About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer – Infrastructure and Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for managing server infrastructure, business applications, and cloud services, ensuring optimal system performance and availability. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing new infrastructure projects.

• Manage administrative operations for server infrastructure, business applications, and cloud services.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, ensuring high availability and uptime.
• Provide user support and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Execute change requests and maintain compliance with SLAs.
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT infrastructure projects.
• Promote collaboration across departments and support team development through training and coaching.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in IT infrastructure and operations.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams.

• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, storage systems, cloud services, server virtualization, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
