WE ARE HIRING: FULL TIME

WAITER/WAITRESS:

  • Salary: $1,600 - $2,500

  • Working Days: 6 days/week

  • Working Hours: 60 hrs/week (excluding 2 hrs break)

  • Our cuisine: Italian / Western / Mexican

F&B ASSISTANT MANAGER:

  • Salary: $3,200 - $5,500

  • Working Days: 6 days/week

  • Working Hours: 60 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break)

  • Cuisine: Italian / Mexican / Western / Asian

Locations include, but limited to:

  • Asia Square Tower (near Downtown MRT, Shenton Way MRT)

  • South Beach Avenue (near Esplanade MRT)

Responsibilities: (Waiter/Waitress)

  • Assisting with outlet's co-ordination, preparation and overseeing of the daily operations

  • Provision of good customer service (attending to guests' orders, service of food & beverages)

  • General housekeeping and maintaining of restaurant's general hygiene

  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management

Responsibilities: (Assistant Manager)

  • Ensure profitability and up-to-standard performance of the outlet

  • Co-ordination, preparation and overseeing of the daily operations

  • To plan systematically for festive promotions, loyalty programs and other promotional activities

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Sales department in promotional activities

  • Ensure all staffs are in compliance with company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • To fulfil the financial objectives of the restaurant through innovative marketing strategies and efficient management

  • To ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation is maintained, and is in compliance to the government legislation

  • Establish operational strategies to meet quality customer service standards

  • Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures

  • Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes

  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Passion for the F&B industry; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions

  • Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and as a team

  • At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry: (Assistant Manager)
