You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone and email communications, greeting customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

The Job:

• Acts as the first point of contact, greeting clients, handling calls, emails, and creating a welcoming boutique atmosphere.
• Manages boutique phone line, ensuring calls are answered within 5 rings, screened, and forwarded promptly to the right staff.
• Handles boutique email account, assigning existing clients to their SA and new clients fairly by language needs.
• Coordinates appointments, replies to requests, tracks emails per SA, and manages both scheduled and walk-in clients.
• Screens customers in person, informs staff of arrivals/cancellations, and ensures smooth customer flow.
• Provides excellent customer service by welcoming guests, serving beverages, and ensuring CRM data is updated.
• Supports administrative duties like scheduling, roster planning, traffic reporting, and maintaining boutique materials.
• Ensures boutique front remains presentable, delivering seamless customer experience and efficient operations.

The Talent:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to deliver a warm welcome and enhance the customer experience.
• Good presentation, articulate communication, attentive listening, patience, and availability.
