Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the set production and technical requirements for luxury and lifestyle events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
You will manage the production requirements for our projects, paying attention to production quality, time and budget constraints, and will get exposure to projects with international luxury and premium lifestyle brands.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Production Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate events and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries.
• Timeline and Quality Management: Manage overall production and operations timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Vendor and Logistics Oversight: Oversee vendors and logistics agencies to ensure deliverables are met on time and within specifications.
• Cost Management: Negotiate costs and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and quality.
• Operations Planning and Administration: Oversee project operations, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event closure.
• Internal Collaboration: Liaise with project and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication across departments.
• Production Management: Manage the entire production process, from fabrication to on-site setup supervision and execution for events and exhibitions.
• Dismantling Supervision: Supervise and manage the dismantling phase of projects to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Issue Management: Proactively address and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during setup and event days.
• Risk and Safety Coordination: Coordinate risk assessments, enforce safety regulations, and manage process documentation to ensure compliance and safety throughout the project.
CRITERIA
• Between 3 – 5 years experience of set build production and operations management for premium lifestyle events & exhibitions
• Relevant experience and knowledge in set construction and electrical requirements for events and exhibitions
• Strong supplier management and quality control to ensure suppliers deliver high quality finishing
• Effective negotiation skills for costs with external vendors and contractors
• Able to produce timeline and production schedules
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans
• Organised and detailed work approach
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts), &
• Possess a resilient attitude and in good health.
