Position Overview:

We are seeking a Singapore MOE/NIE-trained educator with subject expertise in Primary 5 & 6 Mathematics to serve as a Curriculum Developer. This role focuses on enhancing our current curriculum to better engage high-ability learners, integrating online methodologies, and providing structured training for educators through our Train-the-Trainer programs.

Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Design & Enhancement

  • Revise and enrich our current P5 & P6 Mathematics curriculum to support high-ability students.
  • Ensure all materials are rigorously aligned with Singapore MOE standards and pedagogical frameworks.

2. Online Curriculum Development

  • Adapt curriculum for online teaching, developing engaging e-learning content, interactive activities, and digital assessments using MOE-aligned tools and platforms.

3. Scheme of Work (SOW) Creation

  • Design detailed SOWs for both physical and online classroom formats, incorporating clear learning objectives, lesson pacing, assessment plans, and pedagogical strategies.

4. Educator Training

  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops for internal tutors and trainers to ensure smooth curriculum implementation and teaching consistency.
  • Coach trainers on best practices from the MOE system and modern instructional techniques.

5. Assessment & Supplementary Materials

  • Develop formative and summative assessments aligned with MOE testing guidelines.
  • Produce additional resources such as practice papers, enrichment tasks, and differentiated materials to support learner needs.

Requirements:

  • MOE/NIE-trained teacher with hands-on experience in the Singapore Primary Mathematics curriculum (P5 & P6 preferred).
  • Strong background in curriculum development and instructional design for primary-level mathematics.
  • Familiarity with MOE teaching methodologies and online learning platforms.
  • Proven ability to conduct educator training or professional development workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $ $1,500.00 per month
