We're looking for a creative, driven, and organised Senior Marketing Associate to lead our marketing efforts and bring our brand to life. If you love telling stories through design, content, and campaigns, and you're excited about creating meaningful connections with families - this is the role for you.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide marketing associates, plan and execute campaigns, and craft the visual and written identity of our brand across social media, retail, and e-commerce touchpoints.

1. Lead Content Creation & Social Media

  • Plan and manage daily + monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
  • Create engaging visual content (e.g. photos, videos, GIFs, flatlays) that showcase our brand story.
  • Write compelling social media copy aligned with our tone and values.
  • Track content performance, analyse insights, and propose improvements.
  • Write blog posts or create homepage banners to support key launches.

2. Drive Campaigns & Brand Collaborations

  • Develop and execute seasonal campaigns, launch strategies, and collection rollouts.
  • Identify brand ambassadors, creators, and collaborators with strong fit.
  • Manage influencer communication, briefs, and deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of pop-ups, store activations, and retail marketing activities.

3. Lead Marketing Communications

  • Design and produce marketing collaterals (digital banners, posters, in-store displays).
  • Create visually engaging EDMs with strong copywriting.
  • Run marketing events and support retail experience initiatives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to elevate brand storytelling and campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends.

4. Product & Market Expertise

  • Develop strong understanding of our collections, fabrics, features, and brand stories.
  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to guide marketing decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, campaign planning, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Passionate about content creation, design, and brand storytelling.
  • Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proficient in at least one editing/design software (CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Photography skills or art direction experience is a plus.
  • Enjoys working in a small, dynamic team and mentoring junior marketers.
