*Job Description*

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a seasoned BI Platform Architect with deep expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy (MSTR). The ideal candidate will lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise BI platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Architecture & Strategy

  • Design and maintain a strategic roadmap for Power BI/Tableau/MSTR platforms, covering environment sizing, content migration, platform upgrades, feature adoption, and scalability planning.
  • Lead the design and implementation of server architecture to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and optimize server configurations including clustering, load balancing, and performance tuning.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Platform Management & Troubleshooting

  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for server-related incidents, dashboard performance issues, and user support requests.

Integration & Security

  • Integrate BI platforms with diverse data sources, identity management systems (e.g., LDAP, SSO), and enterprise applications.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols including data encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and user authentication.

Data & Visualization Excellence

  • Lead the development of advanced dashboards and visualizations, applying best practices for performance and usability.
  • Establish and enforce development, deployment, and usage standards across the organization.

Governance & Compliance

  • Define and implement governance frameworks to manage data quality, user access, and content lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with data security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior team members and lead project teams to successful delivery.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.

*Job Requirements*

  • Proven expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy architecture and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and data integration tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
