What you'll be doing?
  • Assist project leadership: Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in all on-site construction works, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Safety planning: Help prepare and implement Risk Assessments and safety measures, maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Regulatory compliance: Oversee and manage BCA's SMM requirements, as well as MOM & NEA regulations, ensuring full adherence.
  • Safety supervision: Monitor and supervise safety measures on-site, ensuring all work aligns with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Subcontractor management: Ensure all subcontractors meet safety standards and maintain appropriate working conditions for their workers.
  • Inspection and reporting: Take responsibility for safety inspection activities and ensure compliance with relevant authorities' requirements.
  • Promote safety culture: Foster a culture of environmental, safety, and health practices throughout the construction site.
  • Digital innovation: Adopt and develop digital tools to efficiently manage workforce and EHS matters, embracing technological advancements.
Who are they looking for?
  • BCA certified: Possess relevant BCA Safety Training Certifications to ensure you're well-equipped for the role.
  • Educational background: Minimum Secondary School Education or relevant certificates, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge.
  • Industry experience: At least two years of experience in Construction Projects, with additional advantage given to those familiar with Precast/PPVC/MET projects.
  • Communication skills: Strong analytical, supervision, and communication abilities to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Specialized training: Completed Confined Space Assessment Training with relevant certificates, showcasing your commitment to safety.
