CNY ATM Ushers

About the role

This role requires you to work as a CNY ATM Usher, helping customers at various ATM locations islandwide during the Chinese New Year period. This is a temporary contract position, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking for short-term work. You will be based at ATM locations across Singapore, assisting customers with withdrawing funds.

Role duration: End of January to 16 February (Eve of CNY)

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers at ATM locations
2. Providing assistance to customers using the ATM machines
3. Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
4. Maintain smooth ATM operations during peak periods

What we're looking for

1. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
2. Ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM shift), including weekdays and weekends
3. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
