CAE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to support the design, development, and optimization of products and systems.
• Analyze and recommend design changes related to fluid flow, thermal performance, aerodynamics, and cooling efficiency as required by the project.
• Develop computational models, define boundary conditions, mesh geometry, and run simulations using tools such as ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, or equivalent CFD software.
• Interpret simulation results, generate clear reports, and provide actionable insights to the design and product development teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, testing, and manufacturing) to integrate simulation findings into development cycles.
• Propose or initiate experiments to complement simulation models and address discrepancies between simulated and physical system performance.
• Validate simulation results using physical test data and refine models as needed to improve accuracy.
• Maintain and improve CFD simulation best practices, including documentation and version control.
• Keep up to date with emerging CFD tools, techniques, and trends to continuously improve engineering capabilities.
