Administrative Matters

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, security clearance and escorting attendees, etc.

  • Provide secretariat support for meetings.

 

Surveys and Polls

  • Track various Polls and Surveys.

  • Collate responses from parties' concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions.

 

Finance and Procurement Support

  • Support officers to conduct procurement for straightforward purchases.

  • Track invoice payment.

Accounts Administration

  • Administrator of various systems, such as CorpPass accounts.

​

Asset Management

  • Support Fixed Assets Officer to maintain the list of IT assets in BCA.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills.
