Be the vibrant face of HaveFun as a Service Crew/Cashier. Engage guests with your friendly demeanor, handle transactions efficiently, and contribute to the seamless flow of our exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Assist customers in selecting the right karaoke room or package based on their preferences.
- Provide excellent service by ensuring customers have all the necessary equipment and assistance
to enjoy their karaoke experience.
2. Room Setup and Assistance:
- Prepare and set up karaoke rooms with the necessary equipment, including microphones,
screens, and sound systems.
- Assist customers in operating the karaoke system and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Monitor room usage and address any customer requests promptly.
3. Order Processing:
- Accurately process room reservations, food, and beverage orders.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
4. Upkeep and Cleanliness:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of karaoke rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies, such as beverages, snacks, and karaoke accessories.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
5. Teamwork:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address customer concerns and
operational issues.
- Assist in the training of new service crew members as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry equipment.
- Comfortable moving between different rooms throughout the shift.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for creating a fun and enjoyable customer experience.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly in a lively and sometimes high-energy environment.
