Position 1: Shipping Officer x2
- Coordinate and arrange daily shipments, including imports and exports
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues
- Communicate with internal departments to align shipping schedules with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
Position 2: Logistics Officer (Haulier) x1
- Plan and schedule container trucking and haulage activities using the company's internal fleet.
- Liaise closely with drivers, port officers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Monitor fleet movement and resolve any operational or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate transport documentation and update shipment status in the system.
- Support continuous improvement of haulage efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or coordination roles
