Solution Architect

You'll play a key role in defining solution architecture, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements across multiple customer-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions for web and mobile payment platforms.
- Select and implement technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business objectives.
- Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle — from concept and design to delivery and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Oversee integration with APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Partner with DevOps and cloud engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).
- Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record in building and deploying consumer-facing or payment-related applications.
- Hands-on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong backend development expertise (Java, Spring Boot, , or equivalent).
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols.
- Experienced with leading and mentoring a team
