Admin Accounts Assistant| MNC Manufacturing Company (Tuas)

Salary: S$ /-

Allowance: S$150

Working Days: 5-day work week

Location: Tuas (Shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly GST reports.
  • Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic admin support.
  • Assist with annual stock-take and provide documents to auditors.
  • Manage daily invoicing, POs, and sales order documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, match invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and check SOAs.
  • Coordinate new vendor onboarding and verify employee expense and petty cash claims.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of any kind of accounts/admin related experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
