About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account/Admin Executive to join our growing team at ACME ONE PTE LTD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Manage company day to day accounts & admin matters.
- Manage daily billing & invoicing using Microsoft Office & ABSS
- Preparation and processing of invoices, AP, AR, SOA & etc.
- Perform general administrative duties such as update company record, data entry, documents filing.
- Handle company day to day account, administrative & HR activity
- Handling accounts payable & receivable
- Handle tax filing
- Handle petty cash
- Any other ad-hoc duties on a time-to-time basis
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proficient with accounting software (ABSS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Account & Administrativepractices and procedures
Training will be provided.
