· Define the vision and strategy for product data on the Hawk platform, aligning it with the overall business objectives and digital strategy.

· Develop and maintain a product roadmap that incorporates innovative features and capabilities, including AI-powered tools for data validation, enrichment, analytics, anomaly detection, and investment suitability assessment.

· Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and product designers, focusing on Hawk's development.

· Establish and maintain data governance standards and quality guidelines for all investment products, collaborating with product specialists, trading and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

· Prioritize and manage the product backlog for product data in Hawk, ensuring that development efforts are focused on the highest-impact data initiatives.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their product data needs and ensure that Hawk delivers the information effectively.

· Work closely with stakeholders and users to gather feedback and insights, for example by running data discovery workshops, and conducting user research with relationship managers, portfolio managers, and product specialists.

· Monitor and analyze Hawk's performance, identifying data quality issues and implementing data-driven solutions.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in financial data management, alternative data sources, and AI/ML capabilities for financial services.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and regulatory policies and standards, including data privacy and financial regulations.

Requirements

Experienced Data Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and execution of product content on Hawk. Manage how investment product data is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed.
