Job scopes:

2 pax - Event Coordinator / Crew

  • Oversee the setup of the kiosk/booth to ensure all materials, displays, and equipment are properly placed according to the event layout.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after the event.

2 pax - Brand Ambassador (BA)

  • Welcome and greet customers or visitors warmly as they approach the kiosk.
  • Proactively share brochures and promotional materials, ensuring key event messages and brand information are communicated clearly.

Requirements:

Event Coordinator / Crew

  • Prior experience in event setup/coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations.

Brand Ambassador (BA)

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with the public.
  • Good communication skills to share information and promote brochures effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude to represent the brand.

Attire: Full black formal wear (Black top, long black formal pants, black covered shoes)
