Description

DM NDT, a leading I.R.M. services company in the Marine, Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical industries and part of DM Group Services, is currently looking for a NDT L3 Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain NDT projects and equipment
  • Conduct training, onboarding and monitor inspections knowledge amongst technicians
  • Manage and maintain NDT audits / class certifications / company and ISO audits
  • Carry out company capabilities expansion with respect to NDT
  • Calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment
  • Maintenance and archiving of NDT documentation and procedures
  • Bidding / commercial proposal / technical proposals for projects
  • Develop project method statements / risk assessments
  • Budget / Monitor / control of project progress

QUALIFICATIONS (BOLDED ARE MANDATORY)

  • Well-conversant with NDT techniques
  • Clear and confident command of English with good presentation skills
  • Impeccable Microsoft office skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
  • Resourceful and independent (able to quickly solve problems)
  • Proven and strong leadership qualities
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Experience in carrying out vessel class inspections (beneficial)

CERTIFICATIONS

  • ASNT and/or PCN L3 Certification (UT,PT,MT,ET,RT)
  • Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
  • API 510, 570, 653 (Beneficial)
  • IRATA (Benefial)
