We seek a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team at NEX VENTURE in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and assistance, ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Operational:
- The main duties of the IT Technician include but are not limited to:
- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Responding to IT-related queries and requests in a timely and effective manner
- Monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and tools
- Collaborating with the broader IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT environment
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
