Role Overview:
Provide front-line technical support to customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and on-site visits. This position plays a key role in resolving technical issues, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to customers through phone, chat, email, and on-site channels.
- Participate in 24×7 support operations, including working in rotating shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations.
- Understand and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases to relevant product vendors.
- Maintain follow-ups with vendors to support product-related issues and contribute to identifying new solution opportunities based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, particularly in cybersecurity and network solutions.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to networking or cybersecurity deployment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone and email.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in new technologies and IT solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
