Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-inspired wellness therapies, including:

  • Cupping

  • Back Guasha
  • Porcelain Moxibustion (Moi)
  • Head Guasha
  • Moxi Light Therapy
  • Womb Care Therapy
  • Meridian Bojin Therapy
  • Indiba Slimming Therapy
  • Introduce and explain the benefits, functions, and precautions of each therapy to clients with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration of all wellness therapy equipment.
  • Monitor and record clients' therapy effects and physical responses accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience with a positive attitude, empathy, and genuine dedication to their wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in wellness, spa, or TCM therapy.
  • Bilingual – able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, patient, and passionate about holistic health and healing.
