**Designer (Full Time)**
Think Tank Studio is looking for a Designer to conceptualise and create designs for a range of projects and platform, such as print magazines and digital campaigns.
**Start date: Immediate
We're looking for someone with:
years of working experience
- Strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Creative ability to research, conceptualise ideas and develop designs according to a brief
- Aptitude to engage with content and learn to understand context, which is a big part of what we do.
- Effective time management to manage your own time and project schedules.
**Core responsibilities**
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and benchmarks in design
- Work closely and support the design team and various inter-departmental teams where needed
- Produce relevant and engaging designs in a timely manner.

**General**:You must have the ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively
**Team Structure**:The Designer will work under the direct supervision of the Design Lead as part of the Design unit
