What you will be working on

Co-led by Sport Singapore, Singapore Sports School (SSP) and National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition.

In this role, you will contribute to and support the operations planning and execution to enable Team Singapore athletes to perform at their best and achieve sustained podium successes at Major and Para multi-sport games.


• Collaborate with SNOC/SNPC to provide comprehensive support throughout the games cycle (pre-games, during games, and post-games)

• Coordinate comprehensive athlete support programmes across SportSG for games preparation and execution

• Manage stakeholder information and coordinate major games preparation initiatives

• Develop and coordinate Crisis Management Plans for each multi-sports game

• Manage Major Games Data Processes on Digital Platforms

The ideal candidate should possess the following:


• Background in sports management or related field.

• Possess good conceptual, analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.

• Able to manage relationships and people to contribute towards timely and effective management of projects.

• Strong ability to work with teams and yet able to manage initiatives independently, where applicable.

• Adaptability and ability to work in high-pressure environments

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
