The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 

 

The Group operates Singapore's national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Leading the CWS function which comprises of Group Procurement, Third Party Risk Management and Facilities Management functions. 

Procurement:

  • Provide team leadership, oversight and direction for group procurement,
  • Serve as contact point for senior management on procurement matters, 
  • Own and maintain the Procurement Governance Framework of policy, procedure and SOPs,
  • Provide guidance to internal team members and advisory to internal stakeholders on key sourcing events/purchases, contractual terms etc,
  • Maintain business relationships with key suppliers and service providers,
  • System owner for Coupa Procurement System.

Third Party Risk Management:

  • Lead the TPRM function,
  • Govern and operationalize the TPRM procedure,
  • Chair the TPRM Committee (TPRMC) alongside SMEs from BCM, IT Security, IT Governance, R&C etc,
  • Provide advisory to internal stakeholders on TPRM matters, due diligences and assessments, handling of adverse developments arising from third party arrangements etc,
  • Identify improve opportunities on the TPRM framework, including policy, procedure and SOPs,
  • Manage audits and MAS inspections in the capacity of TPRM in-charge.  

Facilities Management:

  • Provide team leadership, oversight and direction for facilities management,
  • Serve as contact point for senior management on facilities matters, 
  • Own and maintain the Facilities Governance Framework of policy, procedure and SOPs,
  • Provide guidance to internal team members and advisory to internal stakeholders on facilities/admin matters, e.g. corporate workspaces (including office relocations and renovation works), office Internet of Things (IoT), office leases, corporate insurances, physical security, workplace safety, sustainability, courier services, document management etc.
