Position: SECONDARY MATHEMATICS TEACHER (A-LEVEL)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Starting Date: January 2026 (or earlier)

We are seeking a dedicated, innovative, and experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic international school community in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be a passionate educator who can deliver high-quality mathematics instruction, particularly at the A-Level stages, inspiring confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Mathematics to Secondary students, including A-Level Mathematics classes, using engaging, student-centred methods.
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated lessons that support a wide range of learning abilities and academic goals.
  • Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge Mathematics examinations, ensuring high achievement and progress.
  • Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and academic support.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging classroom environment that promotes mathematical thinking and resilience.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence across the Mathematics department.
  • Participate in school-wide events, co-curricular activities, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the Secondary level, including A-Level Mathematics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum is essential.
  • Proven ability to motivate and challenge students to achieve academic excellence.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A reflective, collaborative, and student-centred approach to teaching.
